Cold water syrup chow pack bait carp fishing Hi-Way Springs.

Weather has been unseasonably cold for us up here in Indiana. I did a bait recipe video on how to make syrup chow pack bait. So I had some bait ready and was itching to get some fishing in. Last week Hi Way Springs was frozen over so the even though they were thawed for the video the water temp is very cold. Needless to say the syrup chow still performed well in the cold water.
