sportfishing for me is not a 100% catch and release. I think it would be a weird sport if you only did catch and release. For me what is importen is to keep a sustainable population of sea trouts and release the wild ones so they can spawn later on year. In this video I manage to get 3 farmed sea trouts perfect for the dinner table.
