We once again had a fantastic carp fishing weekend at Erkhamka on the Vaal River during December 2019. It was one of the wettest weekends in recent times but the fishing was great so we didn't mind.

In total we probably caught about 20 large carp and mudfish with the occasional small yellowfish. We also lost many fish in the process, some of them breaking lines so who knows how big they really were.

Overall another great visit, we can't wait to go back there.
