With all the negative Mexico travel hype, I thought I would put to rest how safe the Cancun, Mexico area is for tourists. I address some of the actual dangers. It's way over blown. Many who come, usually returns, such as myself. The Mexico travel advisories and warnings are not really applicable to the Cancun Maya Riviera area. This is the safest part of Mexico.
