Welcome To Another Trip Report From Travel With Julian.
Thankyou Also To My Current Subscriber's For Supporting My Channel.
This Time We Fly In Club Europe On A British Airways A321 Neo From London's Heathrow To Edinburgh Airport Up In Scotland.
I Pay A Quick Visit To The South Business Class Lounge At Terminal 5. I Mean Quick.
I Have Covered This Lounge Before In Other Trip Reports.
We Have The Pre Take Off Talk By The Captain.
I Am Sure He Said It Was A 15 Minute Flight Time To Edinburgh! Or Did I Hear Him Wrongly.
Let Me Know In The Comments If You Hear That!
It Normally Takes Around 50 Minutes Plus Depending On Various Factors.
I Then Cover The Take Off From Heathrow.
You Will See A Lot Of British Airways Aircraft Around, As Of Course You Would Expect, Being London Heathrow.
Plus Of Course Other Aircraft Of Various Airlines. Are Available!
This Is Followed By A Look At The Club Europe Food I Had, And Also The Drinks.
You Normally Get 2 To 3 Choice's.
Catering For British Airways Is Done By Do And Co.
Very Nice Food It Is To.
In This Case I Choose The Salmon, Which Was Very Good, As Was The Gin And Tonic.
Plenty On Offer. You Can Of Course Have Tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks Also.
Depends What Takes Your Fancy!
We Then Start Our Approach Into Edinburgh Airport, Coming In Over The Firth Of Forth, To Land On Runway 24.
This Gives One Excellent Views Of The Forth Of Forth, Also The Ocean Terminal As It Is Called, Which Has The Royal Yacht Britannia Moored In Its Dock.
We Park Up On Stand Next To A Ryanair B737 Which Is A Low Cost Airline.
We Exit Edinburgh Airport And Get On The Tram
This Takes You From The Airport, Right Down To Newhaven.
This Journey Takes Around 55 Minutes Depending On Traffic.
Trust Me Edinburgh Can Get Very Busy No Matter What Time Of The Year It Is!
I Have Put A Couple Of Still PicturEs On At The End Again To Show You The Castle And The Little Fishing Village Of Newhaven On The Lovely Forth Of Forth.
The Sun Was Shinning. Not Bad!
Thankyou For Watching.
I Hope You Enjoyed This Latest Trip Report From Me!
