Went after Sonora Suckers on the Lower Salt River here in Arizona. They are a very fun fish to catch. They put up a strong fight for sure. They're also one of our Native fish to Arizona. Although fun to catch, please handle these fish with care. A lot of people confuse these fish with other species and other suckers such as carp, desert suckers, chub, catfish, and other fish and sometimes mistakenly thought of invasive fish. By far one of my favorite species to catch! I was using night crawlers to get them.
