Water condition for the American River running through downtown Sacramento, CA, is low, making steelhead fishing very tough, especially in the Middle of the American River. As a matter of fact, there is only one additional drift boat that we saw all day working the same area as us. We did catch two fish. Please watch this video to find out how they were caught!
