Easily the most requested video to date! My first... and likely last Koi Carp catch n cook video haha.

In this video Gary @topshot , his dad & I go bow fishing in Lake Waahi, Huntly NZ for INVASIVE KOI CARP!.
After SHMACKING a few carp along with many of my failed attempts with the bow!
We head back to the kitchen where I FINALLY try and eat invasive Koi Carp for the first time by brining it and smoking it in my Oklahoma Joe’s Blackjack (kettle) BBQ.

I also break down many of the food safety risks associated with koi carp and why I myself (as a food scientist) would NOT recommend you trying this your self!
