Fishing for Catfish and Carp in TOUGH Conditions!

I went to Philadelphia, PA, to visit my twin brother Jake and do some fishing. The goal was to catch my first ever common carp. Surprising, right? We fished at the John Heinz Wildlife Refugee Park. Conditions were tough. With the cold front, the fish were lethargic. We did manage two channel catfish and my first common carp.
