Carp were active and feeding in the 6- to 15-foot contour, crashing the surface all around me. Too distant to reach with a spoon or catapult, I spodded out about 1kg per hour for 6 hours and fished a 15mm pop-up over the top on a modified hinged stiff rig. Enjoy!
