How to cook Pollack Curry | TAFishing

Wayne Comben is back with our fish cooking series. This time he shows you how to cook up a delicious Pollack Curry. Pollack can be caught throughout the year in the British Isles but the numbers come in the summer time. They can be caught from deep water off rocks and out on wrecks from a boat.
