Ингредиенты:
Щука
Перец
Соль
Паприка
Кориандр
перец чили хлопьями
Растительное масло
Чеснок
Перец чили
Белый перец

Приготовление:
1. Щуку потрошу, с обеих сторон снимаю филе, срезаю ребра и шкуру, по возможности пассатижами достаю все кости, филе делю на несколько частей.
2. Для посолочной смеси смешиваю перец, соль, паприку, кориандр и перец чили.
3. Обсыпаю смесью филешки и оставляю солиться часа на 3.
4. Далее рыбу промываю, замачиваю в воде на один час, обсушиваю бумажными полотенцами и можно отправлять в дегидратор часов на 10, температуру держу 50 градусов.
5. На следующий день готовые филешки нарезаю соломкой, сейчас мы их сделаем еще вкуснее
6. В отдельной емкости смешиваю перец чили, чеснок, кориандр, паприку, белый перец и раскаленное растительное масло.
7. Заливаю соломку, все перемешиваю и даю на солнышке ей подсохнуть пару часов.
