This video features flight V9939 from Anglesey Airport (RAF Valley) to Cardiff Airport, on board the now defunct Citywing (ops. Van Air Europe) Let L-410 Turbolet, OK-TCA.

We taxi and backtrack down Runway 19, before turning at the end for a Runway 01 departure on a beautiful summer afternoon. Great views of Anglesey as we climb out to a low cruising altitude, and head South for Cardiff. On the way we are treated to some nice views of the Welsh mountains, valleys, and Cardiff itself. We then fly a short final for Runway 12 at Cardiff, with beautiful countryside views.

Van Air Europe had their UK operating license revoked this year, which meant Citywing had to cease trading. Eastern Airways have taken on some of their routes, including Anglesey to Cardiff, using Jetstream 41 aircraft.
