I met up with Dai Gribble to go pike fishing on his syndicate lake, Cop mere in Staffordshire. I cooked us up a meaty feast for brunch on the lakeside, steaks, sausages, pit beans, crispy potatoes with spinach and mushrooms, and of course Dai's fave, black pudding!
