A fantastic opportunity in the Carp fishing industry. The successful candidate will be working with some of the the most experienced and respected big fish anglers in the country so they must consider themselves a natural leader who finds it easy to connect with people, a minimum of 10 years experience fishing for big UK carp is mandatory.

Extensive experience in man management will be needed to get the best from our team of anglers who span the length and breadth of the country and excel in multiple aspects of carp fishing.

An eye for a great photograph is essential including a good understanding of digital photography and social media platforms. A large part of the role will be photographing and eventually videoing our team to share their knowledge to increase the run rate of our followers. There is no place for ego or competition, only a rounded, self confident person will succeed in this role.

They will need to possess a strong ‘calling’ to share as much fish catching information with our followers in the most open and honest way possible. They should crave a sense of satisfaction from contributing to their fellow anglers and their team and, have an open and welcoming persona that can shift to connect with people of all ages and skill levels.

A methodical approach to managing their workload is essential as the job is multi faceted, they could be photographing Darrell Peck in Essex one day and managing a social event in Oxford the next. At least half their working life will be on the bank so being able to stay away from home every week with the full support of their family is essential. Reacting quickly to photograph and share important captures will be a key part of the role so a dynamic ‘go getter’ attitude is essential.
