Early in August Gareth spent a couple of nights down at the Sitch again, this time taking his good friend and fellow carp angler Tim with him.
During this - Tims first visit to the Sitch - the weather was increasingly favourable and after some tweaks to his approach Tim landed a stunning pb mirror on the last morning.
Gareth had a cracking start to the session, including his first common from the lake, as well as a number of other gorgeous specimens.
All in all they landed 7 fish on the bank between them, which they discuss in this brief video diary captured on the last morning of their session.
