Here are a couple of tips for presenting dry flies downstream. I was fishing in the Yakima River Canyon in front of Red's Fly Shop and caught a nice fish and wanted to share some tips for the Mother's Day Caddis Hatch and how to catch trout when they are downstream from you on dry flies. I used an Echo 3 490-4 4 Weight Rod because of the light line, flexible action, and its ability to protect light tippets for my dry fly work. I also used a CDC Hot Butt Caddis Emerger
