No matter where you fly fish, mid-summer through fall is when tannin-stained waters are clear enough to sight-fish trout. New Zealand, Alberta, across the US, Europe, Russia... there are tannin-stained trout waters draining agricultural, forested, and grasslands around the globe. While spring run-off and early season rains keep these murky and tough to spot trout in, they often get quite clear later. This video is to encourage you to poke around those tannin-stained streams you've possibly over-looked for trout spotting - we bet you find a few gems in them! :) This continues our YouTube series "The Bank: EP 11"
