Today Jen, Jay and myself headed west to fish some Lake Ontario tributaries in hopes of landing a few salmon. I managed to hook and land a little one and had a hook up with a beat up Chinook salmon.

We came home to two very anxious puppies. I played hungry hungry hippos with them shortly after they had supper.

Managed to get in all 4 of my shakes today, approximately 3 litres of water, a bowl of broth with a couple drops of Franks Hot sauce (0 Calories), and a sugar free jello cup.

In all it was a great day!
