We arrived and already decided we were going to fish the pleasure lake.
There were lots of other anglers fishing but luckily our first choice of peg was free. We waited several hours with Dave and Chirs both having runs but nothing on the end.
Chris ended the day with 2 stunning carp, Alan also had 2 carp.
We all caught a mixture of other species as well on the float, Perch, some very big Roach, Alan also had very nice Crucian Carp.
Was a good day, with the lake being so pressured we did good to catch what we did.
Next time we shall go when there is no competitions on the specimen lake and try for Big Harry.
