In this episode, Rod and Kitty explore Vancouver Island's smallmouth bass fisheries. Their first stop of the season is shawnigan Lake near Victoria BC, targeting pre-spawn bass in 10 to 15 feet of water by fishing with a tubebait on a Carolina rig.
