I love fishing in foggy weather because I tend to do better in such condition. I also like to fish in the rain, or mist. I've found that fishing is better during these overcast weather. I used sandworm for bait, the sandworm that I previously dried up so they become more rubbery. It was an incoming high tide, and the bite picked up right before high slack.
