Ontario Late Spring Steelhead Fishing | 2020

I didn't think I would be steelhead fishing again this year but I got a chance to go to the river so I decided to try and catch one. Most of the fish are dropbacks now so it's getting harder to find and catch them but you can still find a few left in the deeper holes. I was mainly fishing with egg flies at first but didn't catch any, so I switched over to a pink worm fly last minute and managed to hook one. The fish seem to be keying in a lot more on worms instead of eggs now that most of the fish are done spawning. Anyways hope you enjoy the video.
