Take a look at various lifeboats, including unsinkable ones, from some of the cruises we have been on. Take a look inside the lifeboats, plus see what the boarding process onto one when the cruise lines use them as tender boats for certain ports. Also see the life boats get lifted back up onto the cruise ship after being launched as well.

They do come in many shapes and sizes. These lifeboats were from the Princess Cruises Ruby Princess (in Cabo San Lucas), NCL's Norwegian Escape, Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas (in Falmouth Jamaica & Ft Lauderdale Florida), Majestic Princess, HAL Veendam (Georgetown Grand Cayman, Ocho Rios Jamaica), the MS Eurodam, and Norwegian Star (Geiranger, Norway).

In Key West, Florida, the Holland America Veendam lifeboats engaged in some training exercises, perhaps testing them out and teaching new boat pilots how to drive.
