How to Catch Carp with Bread - Small Pond Fishing

Catching carp with bread literally 2 blocks from my house! I went for a run the other night and had no clue I could fish so close as I've driven by this pond without really paying attention to it daily as it's tucked in some apartments. I took about 1/2 hour of fishing time with my ultra light - details below of what I used
