Up in Ithaca for a few days doing some fishing. Some tough days and some better. Craig Admin from Oneida Lake Diehards (https://www.facebook.com/groups/oneidalakediehards/) took me out to do some jigging on a few ledges. No dice on the jig bite and worked some of my back home tricks to put a catch together. Not a slammer day but a taste to keep satisfied for the trip.

Walleyes taste lived up to the hype man. White flesh, firm, mild, and a subtle flavor. Texture of a fried scallop. Hard not to like this fish and probably one of my top five favorites.
