CATCH and COOK Fishing Challenge!!

Day 5 of the Southbound Tour brought me to windy Kansas, where Brian from Kansas Angling Experience took me out to the local lake to stick some SLAUNCH crappie! We were lucky enough to catch plenty for dinner, as they were all about the double jig rig over the tops of deep brush piles. I secretly may have become addicted to the crappie fishing.

Recipe:
1) Catch Slaunchtosaraus Crappie
2) Fillet fish
3) Dip fillets in milk
4) Cover fillets thoroughly in Shore Lunch
5) Heat oil to 350 degrees
6) Cook crappie for ~8-10 minutes
7) Enjoy crappie with fries, salad & whiskey
