Join your host Tim on an adventure into the great fisheries of upstate New York. Beautiful rivers, amazing fish and most of all a great challenge.
It is steelhead season in early March, the water and weather are just starting to warm up and the elusive chrome fish are in the rivers.
So I mis-identified this atlantic salmon they are a very elusive fish and I have seen very few of them especially in spring. They do look similar to the brown trout but after looking at the video you can see a clear difference with the pelvic fins and the way the tail has more of a V shape than a typical brown trout.

Hope you enjoyed the video, if you like what we are doing give us a thumbs up, subscribe and share!
