Bass Fishing for Steelhead on Presque Isle Bay

I decided to do some fall bass fishing down on Presque Isle again and ended up catching a nice clean steelhead instead. Water temps were about 59* with a stiff SSW wind. There was some controversy on my Facebook page as to whether it was a steelhead or a coho. Seeing as coho and king salmon (chinook) haven't been stocked in Lake Erie since 2003, catching one of those 2 is very rare. I knew the perfect person to ask.... My dad has 50 yrs of fishing on Lake Ontario, catching chinook and coho salmon, brown, lake and rainbow trout as well as him being a charter boat captain for many years. He undoubtedly said it was a steelhead based on the fin structure, mouth coloring and slight rainbow tint...
